There's tuna, and then there's Spanish white tuna in olive oil. Managing to be rich and luxurious without being intensely fishy, this is the good stuff. Tuck it into a pretty piquilo pepper, or lay it on top of a salad where it can really shine. You'll never go back to "regular" tuna again...
