Manoa Chocolate Hawaii teamed up with Kohana rum who grow single variety sugar canes that are hand harvested, pressed to juice and then distilled to perfection creating finest cane rum. Hawaiian cacao nibs are soaked in their rum and then crafted to a perfect chocolate bar.
