On the palate, juicy notes of sweet-tart apples mingle with fragrant melon and a beam of bright pineapple, weaving a sleek and sinuous texture threaded with an elegant vein of acidity. Notes of savory apple cake, brown sugar crème brulée, vanilla and lemon zest build complexity on the midpalate and carry the wine into its long finish of melon, cloves, sweet citrus and chamomile.
