• This red blend is made from estate vines averaging 50 years old. Monastrell's bold fruit is perfectly in balance with the earthy notes of Cabernet and Syrah, producing a blend that shows complexity and balance. Rich in flavor and texture with fresh acidity and finessed tannin structure. Each varietal is fermented in stainless steel and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels separately before blending. Hints of spicy nuances that complement the ripe black and red berry aromas. A flash of sweet strawberries with dusty tannins on the medium-bodied palate are balanced with a fruity finish. Good balance and structure.
