Captivating and elegant, the 2019 Le Bon Bon boasts alluring aromas of cedar, tobacco and subtle vanilla. Three years of French oak has crafted a well-structured, full-bodied Cabernet that is both soft and lush on the palate, displaying robust black cherry and silky blueberry with a complex cohort of cinnamon, clove, tobacco and brown sugar. As with many past vintages, the Oakville site continues to produce age-worthy Cabernet Sauvignon, though we believe the 2019 is an abundantly drinkable wine at this early stage.
