• It's light straw in color with brilliant clarity. Aromas are complex with citrus, yeastiness, pear, honey and just a touch of sweet, toasty French oak. Across the palate, it could be mistaken for a French Burgundy with its minerality, lush mouthfeel and structure. The flavors match the aromas with layers of savory yumminess. Acidity is spot-on making you want another sip. This is a classic Chardonnay with some old-world/new-world style.
